If you computer is running IE v6.1+ and you are not receiving your attachment or you are downloading them but you are unable to see them it is because the default settings located in Outlook Express under tools/options/security tab say "do not allow any unsafe attachments" this must be UNCHECKED to allow ANY attachments to come through.
