I look forward to reanidg your book too.Can you send me code used for your sample book (Kindle promises)?I quick question: Amazon by default places the TOC in the beginning right after the front cover image and before the start of the book. Is it possible to reposition the location of the TOC so it appears further in the book say after the copyright page (and after the half cover interior page)?Do you modify the ncx or opf file in order to make this happen?Many thanks Neville
